‘We receive on average 3,000 messages a day. Allegedly there is as much information in a weekday issue of the New York Times as a 17th century man from England would have come across in his lifetime’, says Litmus Blue partner Steve Barton.

In this week’s video podcast Barton goes on to say that consumers are turning to their family and friends to make product choices and that ‘word of mouth marketing’ is having an increasing impact on the PR industry in the UK.
