Floods: affected Gloucester

The water company, which serves the previously flooded Gloucester region, wants help communicating its contingency planning for flooding to government.

‘The floods affected us, as they did a number of utilities companies in the region,’ said PA manager Andrew Marsh. ‘Because we are based in Birmingham we wanted support from an agency that knows how to handle government.’

Marsh joined the firm two months ago from water regulator Ofwat.
