The telephone systems supplier is the result of a merger between Japanese electronics company Nitsuko and part of NEC’s telecoms business.
Firefly’s main role will be to promote NEC Infrontia to IT and small-business trade press. The brief includes developing corporate messages, introducing NEC Infrontia to journalists and running local business campaigns, all aimed at promoting the role of telecoms in customer service. The London-based tech agency has also been tasked with recruiting partners for NEC’s roster of dealers and resellers.
