Brooke climbs H&K tech ladder

Hill & Knowlton associate director Lee Brooke is to head up the agency’s technology division.

The promotion follows widespread speculation that Brooke was poised to take an in-house role at systems provider AMD.

Addressing ind­ustry rumours, H&K UK CEO Sally Costerton admitted: ‘There’s no smoke without fire.’ She added: ‘He’s been a source of interest from all sorts of people, but we pres­ented him with the oppor­tunity to lead our UK tech team.’

Brooke joined H&K last year from software firm CA, where he was European PR manager. He will take over from Mark Jackson, who has been made head of client services for EMEA.
