JFL Search & Selection managing director Ros Kindersley urges PROs to invest in the best of the graduates flooding out of universities.

In this week’s video podcast Kindersley says that with the account director and account manager shortage, ‘the lack of investment in graduates three years ago has come back to bite us’.
