Ruder Finn health hires new director

Jaimie Brown has been made associate director at Ruder Finn's health and wellbeing division.

Formerly business unit director at Pfizer Animal Health, he will work on the agency’s global account for Lundbeck’s mood disorder treatment Cipralex.

His arrival follows the recent departure of Ruder Finn European innovation director Pat Pearson and associate director Paul Gittins to the newly launched Red Health (PRWeek, 6 June).

Brown is also expected to lead a team on the pre-launch programme for a pipeline prostate cancer therapy from Ferring.

Brown reports to Claire Martin, London head of healthcare. He worked in pharma sales for Eli Lilly and Janssen-Cilag before joining Pharmacia in 2001, prior to its merger with Pfizer.
