Liberty snatches Picsel account

Mobile software developer Picsel Technologies has brought in specialist tech firm Liberty Communications for a B2B and consumer campaign across Europe and North America.

Picsel’s applications allow mobile users to view videos, images, web pages and magazines on their phones. Liberty’s mobile content and media division will initially target ‘content owners’ such as publishing houses.

Recent brands Picsel has adapted for include magazine Marie Claire.

Liberty replaces Trimedia Harrison Cowley on an open-ended contract that, according to Picsel head of marketing Zubair Salim, was ‘driven by a fusion of pitch and personal relationships’.
