New director to join Green Issues

Planning PA consultancy Green Issues Communications has appointed a former Burson-Marsteller lobbyist to a director role.

Nick Bohane spent ten years at Burson-Marsteller in various roles, including senior public affairs mana­ger. More recently, he has worked as a consultant with BT, as well as with other ­major telecoms providers.

Green Issues, which is headed by MD Tom Curtin, lobbies on behalf of private housebuilders. It also has ­clients in areas such as waste, quarrying, telecoms, airports and incinerators.

The consultancy currently employs 35 staff and has offices in Reading, London, Manchester and Newcastle.

It also has an office in ­Cardiff.
