Williams previously worked as associate director for the Red Consultancy, where she helped grow the Nokia account from a UK to a worldwide concern and launched Johnson’s Holiday Skin beauty range.
She will head the consumer PR division at the tech agency alongside newly promoted senior account director Scot Devine.
Williams and Devine will report directly to the board, with Williams taking on a number of the firm’s key consumer clients, including Eidos, Sharp and T-Mobile. Williams will also drive the development of the company’s consumer proposition.
