Publicis' Moss to take WS position

Publicis Consultants MD Richard Moss is to join Weber Shandwick in the new role of executive V-P, European brand programmes.

Reporting to European chairman Tim Sutton, Moss will oversee WS's integrated brand programmes for blue-chip clients on the Continent.

He will also manage relations with IPG firms, including McCann Worldgroup.

Moss joined The Rowland Company in 1999 as marketing director. The following year he and three colleagues set up Rowland Communications, which became Publicis Consultants in 2004.
