EDM picks Harvard to spearhead comms campaign

EDM - Electronic Document Management - has handed its entire UK B2B brief to Harvard.

The firm, which processes 750 million documents a year, wants to highlight how the company's aspirations have changed under new senior management.

The agency was hired by EDM CEO Sam Ferguson. He joined last year, having grown rival document management firm Edotech from a £20m business in the UK to a European-wide services company turning over £120m.

‘EDM has been quite internally focused in the past year or so, integrating our acquisitions, and merging the service offerings, infrastructures and people, and concentrating on our customers. The time is ripe now to communicate what we do externally,' said Ferguson.

Harvard MD Chris Cartwright hopes to create coverage around business issues such as risk management, disaster recovery and compliance.

A particular focus will be placed on the company's hosted digital offering.
