The agency will also seek to capitalise on St Ann's current relationships with celebrities such as Waking the Dead actress Sue Johnston and comedian Dave Spikey.
Golley Slater has also been tasked with altering public misconceptions of hospices by promoting the fact that they often improve the quality of life for terminally ill patients.
The agency will support existing fundraising activity, including the charity's annual May Midnight Walk. The 25 May event, which starts at the City of Manchester Stadium, is part of national hospice fundraising campaign Go Yellow.
