Touch promotes juice chain in UK

Juice-bar chain Lovejuice has hired its first PR agency ahead of a UK-wide expansion programme.

Touch PR has been briefed to raise the British chain's profile and establish the brand - part owned by private equity house Smedvig - as a household name.

Lovejuice sells a range of drinks with names such as ‘flu ­fighter', ‘bug basher' and ‘morning glory'.

It currently has seven stores, including outlets at Gatwick Airport and Bluewater, Kent.

Competition is likely to include Australian brand Boost Juice, which is believed to be ready to bring its brightly coloured stores to the UK.
