‘Arts funding is changing and there is a shift away from government funding to private sector sponsorship,' said Gaskill. ‘One of my first tasks is to raise awareness of our work on business pages.'
The 30-year-old charity encourages companies to sponsor the arts. It also develops research into, and delivers information on, the positive effects of arts partnerships.
Gaskill joins after one year at Brighter PR, where she was a consultant. She replaces Rachel Balfour, who took a similar role at Breast Cancer Haven earlier this year.
