Live gets gong for London 2012 role

London 2012’s final presentation to the International Olympic Committee has bagged a top comms prize.

Events company Live's presentation in Singapore – credited with playing a crucial role in the capital's bid – was hailed at the International Visual Communication Association's awards last week.

It won the Grand Prix category at the Grosvenor House ceremony, which also marked the IVCA's 40th anniversary. The most-awarded production company was The Edge, which won in categories including PR (for its work with Citizens' Advice Bureau) and internal communications.

PRWeek is media partner for the IVCA Clarion Awards for CSR, which take place this year on 29 September. The deadline for entries is 2 June.
