Bertolino stays with Suez as it withdraws from Argentina

Marcelo Bertolino, press manager at water firm Aguas Argentinas, is to step down following the recent re-nationalisation of the company.

The Argentine government terminated its contract with Aguas Argentinas, part-owned by French group Suez, last month after a long running conflict.  The state controlled Agua y Saneamientos Argentinos (AYSA), will take over the contract.

Bertolino, formerly a PR executive at Aguas Codobesas (also part of the Suez group), will take over as spokesman and press chief at Suez, which is in the process of withdrawal. He will report to ex CEO of Aguas Argentinas Jean Bertrand Lemire.

Adriana Lauro, formerly communications director at Aguas Argentinas, will continue at AYSA, under Carlos Ben.
