Warren said the web offering would aim to allow clients to better target youth and silver surfers.
He currently leads Bite's interactive division, Bullet, and serves as creative director at the agency, of which he is a founding member.
He won PRWeek's Young Achiever award in 2000, and has worked on web-based campaigns with tech heavyweights Dell and Apple.
He will report to WS UK & Ireland chief executive Colin Byrne and Euro tech MD Michelle McGlocklin when he joins on 13 March.
