The merged firm will trade under the Trimedia name.
Eurotandem, whose clients include BT, Ask Jeeves, Opodo and Tourism Australia, had a fee income of £1.9m for the year to 31 December 2004 and made a pre-tax profit of £700,000.
Trimedia CEO Michael Murphy said the agency's existing French operation 'did not have sufficient scale in France compared with our other European operations'.
