Unilever's Webster takes Jordans job

Cereal maker Jordans has filled its top PR role with Unilever’s health and beauty division comms manager David Webster.

He replaces Emily Turner, who left last July.

Reporting to sales and marketing director Karl Frestle, Webster's remit spans trade, consumer and corporate PR, with emphasis on the company's links to the environmental community.

Jordans ingredients are produced according to Conservation Grade standards, which require ten per cent of the farmland used to be set aside for wildlife habitat. Last year, the company restored more than 150 acres of environmentally threatened wetlands.

Unilever has promoted corporate comms manager Samantha Smith to replace Webster.
