Richard Rogers in comms chief hire

Richard Rogers Partnership, the architectural firm behind the Millennium Dome and the Welsh Assembly building, has poached Camargue senior consultant Paul Stelmaszczyk as head of comms.

Stelmaszczyk joined this week to oversee a four-strong press office.
He will handle PR around the firm's projects across Europe, including Heathrow Airport's controversial Terminal Five, due for completion in 2008.

He also takes responsibility for the promotion of books and publications written by members of the partnership, and will supervise its website, which launched four months ago.

Stelmaszczyk, who was at Camargue for 13 years, replaces Robert Torbay, who left last year to join ING Media (PRWeek, 24 June 2005).
