Synergy buyout aids Limehouse

Public sector PR specialist Limehouse Group has acquired design and online agency Synergy Communications. The move will boost the group’s turnover by around £2m to £12m.

Limehouse said it would provide an improved integrated comms service, including the ability to offer web design.

Synergy will continue to operate under its name Clients include public and voluntary sector organisations, including Tower Hamlets Council and Guide Dogs for the Blind.

MD Diane Ceresa will report to Limehouse MD Giles Welch.

Limehouse provides comms support to Lambeth and Camden councils and The Housing Corporation.
