Kaizo in reshuffle as Beer set to exit

Kaizo creative director Eugen Beer has quit two years after selling his agency Beer Davies to the firm.

Beer leaves at the end of November but will continue to provide consultancy to Kaizo on a freelance basis.

He is understood to be in talks with other agencies. 'I am looking for big challenges and like-minded people,' said Beer. Kaizo said it had no plans to replace him.

Kaizo has promoted director Rosemary Brook to executive chairman, replacing Richard Hall, who has stepped down. It has made Christopher Broadbent a non-executive director.
