JPMorgan bolsters corporate comms

JPMorgan Asset Management has enlisted Mark Dailey, former head of comms at fund manager GAM, as head of international corporate comms and media relations.

Dailey joined JPMorgan AM at the beginning of this month, and in his new position reports to JPMorgan AM head of Europe, Asia and Japan Clive Brown and head of media relations for asset and wealth management Mary Sedarat.

Before GAM, Dailey was director of global corporate communications at Credit Suisse Asset Management.

JPMorgan AM has also hired former Invesco Perpetual head of corporate communications Jane Drew to head of corporate communications and media relations Europe, reporting to Dailey.

Drew quit Invesco in March after four years with the UK fund manager (PRWeek, 18 March).

Prior to Invesco, Drew spent three years as head of corporate communications at brokerage Charles Schwab Europe.

Brown said the appointments showed 'our intention to strengthen international corporate communications'.
