Diary: Something to chew over from Honda

Earlier this year International PR Partners claimed to be the first to offer audio press releases.

Now we can reveal that the age of the edible press release has dawned, courtesy of Honda's PR team.

The car firm is launching its Civic IMA marque at the Frankfurt Motor Show on Monday, and has commissioned 200 edible press packs to mark the occasion.

The brainchild of Honda PR man Graham Avent, hacks will be able to digest information printed with edible ink on Japanese rice paper and bound by strawberry laces.

We await the first-ever scratch'n'sniff news release with controlled excitement.
