H&K plugs Eidos game

Video game publisher Eidos Interactive is using Hill & Knowlton to promote upcoming release Total Overdose.

The firm, famous for Lara Croft's Tomb Raider, is hoping the 18-rated game will be a big-seller in the run-up to Christmas. Total Overdose is a hard-edged, Mexico-based game involving gun-toting characters available on PlayStation, X-Box and PC from 16 September.

H&K senior account manager Steve Marks, who joined this year from Koei Games, reports to Eidos head of comms Chris Glover. H&K formerly worked for video game giant Sega - now promoted by Kazoo Communications.
