City & Corporate: Gavin Anderson wins Mosaic brief

REYKJAVIK: Mosaic Fashions, the owner of women's clothes chains Karen Millen and Oasis, has drafted in Gavin Anderson for what will be the first listing of a foreign company on the Iceland Stock Exchange.

GA London deputy CEO Fergus Wylie is handling PR around the £40m listing of Mosaic, which is 42 per cent owned by Icelandic investment group Baugur.

The listing, which is scheduled for next month, will be for new shares with Baugur remaining the group's majority shareholder.
