Media Relations: Cellar Door bids for brand profile

Cellar Door, the premium wine division of Constellation Wines - the biggest wine company in the world - is planning a major media relations campaign.

Phipps PR has been hired as the first retained agency for the portfolio that includes the recently acquired Robert Mondavi brands.

Cellar Door marketing manager Amelia Nolan said it needed to reach beyond publications' wine pages.

The campaign focuses on regionality to promote the company's diversity of wines, as each sources its grapes from a specific area.
