Media Relations: Gaming event to use Radiator

The State of Play, a new gaming event, is to show how gaming has penetrated areas of life such as music, fashion and sport in a media relations drive.

The PR campaign by Radiator will use specialist areas within the show to target media for women and the over-20s to reach beyond its core teenage-male market.

These areas include the Adults Only Area, the Live Music Stage and No Boys Allowed Area for female visitors.

The campaign for the 14-16 October event, to be held at Birmingham NEC, will also target teenagers through gaming titles.

A trade PR campaign will focus on sectors that have a crossover with gaming, such as music and sport.
