Higgins hired for Wembley rebuild

Wembley National Stadium Limited (WNSL) is using former Sun editor Stuart Higgins to advise on PR in the run-up to the English football stadium's re-opening next year.

WNSL has called in Higgins in a 'consultant role' as it seeks to sell pre-bookable seats and build links with brand sponsors.

Jackie Cooper PR, alongside its parent firm Edelman, continues to work for WNSL on a similar remit.

Higgins had previously worked with WNSL marketing and comms director Jon Gregory when the latter was at PepsiCo.
