NEW YORK: Former Sanofi-Synthelabo vice-president of comms Dr Paul Oestreicher has re-emerged at the helm of DeVries Public Relations’s healthcare practice.

Oestreicher, a healthcare PR veteran, has joined the Interpublic Group agency in its top healthcare role and replaced Cassie Holm, who left in January.
