Day lands role at Weber Shandwick

Weber Shandwick GJW has appointed GPC International consultant Stephen Day as an account director with a brief to focus on the property and defence industries.

Day reports to joint managing director Paul Barnes and will represent clients including Crown Estate and Northrop Grummond.

He joined GPC two and a half years ago, working on clients in the retail sector as well as the Football League.

Prior to that he worked for Tory frontbenchers Alan Duncan when he was shadow foreign office minister and David Heathcote Amory when he was shadow trade and industry secretary.
