Forster wins deal for YWCA revamp

The YWCA is poised to reposition itself as a provider of non-residential support services as well as hostel accommodation for disadvantaged young women with a PR campaign set to launch in September.

The organisation hired the Forster Company in a four-way competitive pitch.

The agency has been charged with revamping its image and mounting a fundraising and media relations drive across England and Wales.

‘The focus of our work has changed in recent years,’ said YWCA chief executive Gill Tishler. ‘Our public image has not kept pace with the

reality of what we do.’
