Lazard to hire UK head of comms

Investment bank Lazard is on the hunt for a London-based head of communications with global responsibility following the departure of UK vice-president of communications Deborah Done.

The firm contracted out all UK comms to Angus Maitland’s The Maitland Consultancy six weeks ago in anticipation of Done’s departure on 12 March. Done joined Lazard in 2001 from Brunswick (PRWeek, 22 June 2001) and has left to go travelling.

The head of comms role will report to Lazard director of global communications Richard Silverman.
