Nexus holds on to Tropicana remit

The PR review for premium fresh juice brand Tropicana has ended with the reappointment of eight-year incumbent Nexus Communications.

Tropicana marketing director Caroline Diamond confirmed Nexus had been rehired, with ‘tactical’ promotional work surrounding the brand’s relaunch a priority. Ads featuring parrots were due to start today (26 March).

It is understood that marketing executives at Pepsi-co-owned Tropicana met various agencies before deciding to remain with Nexus.

Diamond said she had no plans to bring in any further external PR support for the brand.
