Leigh-ann Wilson joins next week as head of consumer from Huntsworth-owned EHPR, where she was deputy managing director for four years. She reports to Golin/Harris managing director Zoë Arden and will lead a team of 12.
‘I will be looking at growing the team as we seek new business, and I expect to make appointments to reflect that,’ said Wilson, who will also provide strategic counsel for senior clients, particularly on internal communications issues.
Her team’s clients will include Samsung, London venue The Hospital, the US Cotton Council in the UK and Florida Citrus Fruits.
‘She is tasked with strengthening the consumer offer,’ said Arden. ‘She has developed several successful integrated consumer campaigns.’
The agency has also recruited James Gunn as director of digital programmes, with the remit of expanding the digital marketing and ePR practice.
Gunn founded Bluepool, the digital communications arm of Lexis PR, in 2000.
