Outside snaps up Mean Fiddler tour work for new acts

The Mean Fiddler has hired The Outside Organisation to target music press and music trade.

Live music promoter The Mean Fiddler has hired The Outside Organisation to help promote new acts.

The agency will handle all tour promotion PR for Mean Fiddler’s artists and was appointed without a pitch. The hire follows Outside’s recent project work on the client’s Beyoncé tour.

‘We will be targeting the music press and music trade with stories about Mean Fiddler artists to raise its and the promoter’s profile,’ said Outside director Jonathan Morrish, who reports to Mean Fiddler director of music Rob Hallett.

The agency has also been appointed without pitch to handle launch and ongoing PR for the Coronet – a new live music venue in London’s Elephant & Castle.

The Coronet is a former venue that was closed and turned into a cinema. It has a long history of live performance and hosted both Charlie Chaplin and Frank Sinatra.
