Co-owner and director of Accesso Suze Smanioto will head the account, working alongside Dani Portela. They report to ADP marketing director Luiz Henrique de Oliveira.
ADP Brazil worked with Accesso from 1994 until 2000, when a restructure saw ADP cut 400 staff and stop providing credit card processing to focus on payroll services. The company eventually hired another PR agency, which was replaced by another agency until it decided to rehire Accesso.
According to Smanioto, Accesso will focus on media relations, but is likely to extend to other services as the relationship progresses. The agency will focus on the Brazilian business press to promote ADP as a world leader in benefits and payroll processing services.
ADP operates in 40 countries. It has had a presence in Brazil since 1966, where it processes payroll checks for half a million employees of clients including HP and cinema chain Cinemark.
