INTERNATIONAL BRIEFS: gsk hires GCI Group
NEW YORK: GlaxoSmithKline (gsk) has hired the GCI Group to handle global communications for its migraine product Imigran. The account, run out of the agency's New York and Chicago offices, will cover all markets where the product is sold, except the US. Imigran's availability in each market varies widely - for instance, it is being launched in Japan now, but has been available in the UK for ten years.
