Rozansky, who joined this week as PPP's first director of strategy and communications, said: 'My role is to build the group's profile through in-house and external support.'
CEO Stephen Thornton, who Rozansky reports to, told PRWeek earlier this year that a better profile was vital as it is the second biggest charitable trust in the UK and has an investment budget of £20m.
The foundation was launched earlier this year after the sale of PPP Healthcare Group and is independent of the PPP healthcare private company.
Rozansky, recruited through Veredus Executive Resourcing, had been with the RCN for four years. Following a reorganisation, Rozansky's role is now covered by executive director for nursing Alison Kitson.
