i2 tasks Citigate Technology with profile-raising job

Citigate Technology has been hired by Cambridge-based investigative analysis software firm i2 to raise its profile among its target markets.

i2's software enables investigators to link events, people and places through analysis of data, assisting those seeking to solve crimes. The product is targeted at law-enforcement agencies, corporate risk departments and the telecoms, financial services and retail sectors.

i2's software is used by more than 1,200 organisations in 90 territories in the investigation of criminality and corporate risk.

Citigate Technology chairman Suzy Frith heads the account team, reporting to i2 head of marcoms Hannah Williams.

The business was won following a competitive pitch process, and will run for an initial 12-month period. Citigate Technology will focus on corporate and B2B work.
