The Romans hires Paul Stollery in move to become 'most creative agency in London'

The Romans has appointed former Hotwire senior programme director Paul Stollery to the newly created role of associate creative director.

Agency co-founder and creative director Joe Sinclair told PRWeek the hire represented a "clear commitment to a focus on creativity" at the 20-strong start-up.

He said: "Our aim is to make The Romans the most creative agency in London."

Stollery, who started this week, will focus primarily on the agency's work with games console brand PlayStation and social media behemoth Twitter.

Sinclair said: "Every single member of The Romans is hired on their creative merit. Paul is the first of several super-talented senior hires we'll be making this year to shape, nurture and develop the agency's creative talents and turbo-charge our new business efforts."

Before joining Hotwire in 2014, Stollery was associate marketing manager at education business Kaplan Test Prep, beginning in 2011. Prior to this he was a freelance graphic designer.
