A panel of PR agency bosses will offer expert advice on buying, selling and integrating agencies at a PRWeek breakfast briefing in London on 28 June.

The seminar – Sector M&A: Scaling up and selling up – will feature a discussion with key players at Deloitte and Regester Larkin; Deloitte acquired the crisis and issues specialist comms agency last year.

A separate panel discussion will include agency bosses with direct experience of buying or selling PR businesses:

  • Tim Allan, group MD, Portland
  • Angie Moxham, founder, 3 Monkeys (now 3 Monkeys Zeno)
  • Adrian Pettett, CEO, Cake Group and Havas Sports & Entertainment
  • Warren Johnson, founder and CEO, W Communications

The panel will discuss topics including: what makes a PR agency attractive to buyers; when to sell; and the impact (if any) of the current political climate and Brexit.

The morning briefing takes place at the Regent Street Cinema in Marylebone on 28 June.
