Frank hired for Chuck Norris game

Frank has been appointed by German gaming firm Flaregames to deliver a campaign and influencer programme around the launch of mobile game Nonstop Chuck Norris, which is due for release in April. The game is an adaptation of Flaregames' successful Nonstop Knight, an action game designed to be accessible to entry-level gamers. Actor, martial artist and cult hero Norris announced his involvement with the game via Facebook on his birthday earlier this month, having entered into an agreement with Flaregames last year.

Chocolatier and tea brand brief Spider

Spider has been appointed by two new food and drink brands: luxury Irish chocolatier Lily O'Brien's, and herbal tea brand Heath & Heather. It will handle UK PR for both, creating both consumer and trade campaigns to increase brand awareness.

Promote hires Hussain

Nasima Hussain has been made managing partner of Promote PR. She will report to Sue Anstiss, the founder and MD of the sport, wellbeing and tech agency. Clients include Meridian Foods and British Rowing. Hussain was previously a managing partner at Speed Communications, whose sports team was transferred into a sister brand in December. Before that, she worked at another Speed sister brand, Bray Leino.

WPP makes Chinese digital buy

WPP digital agency Mirum has agreed to acquire Chinese digital business strategy and product development business 3Ti Solutions. The acquired agency will be rebranded as Mirum on completion of the deal. 3Ti's unaudited revenues for 2016 were RMB66.8m (£7.8m), and it employs around 100 staff in three cities. WPP's Chinese operations employ a total of 14,000 people.

Richmond appoints PRCO

The PRCO Group has been appointed as the UK PR representative for Richmond International, a London-based luxury hospitality interiors firm. Richmond International is 50 years old and employs 45 designers. PRCO was founded in 1987 by chairman Robert Lyle.
