Pagefield hires Grayling’s Chris Rogers as partner

Comms agency Pagefield has appointed Chris Rogers, European director at Grayling, as a partner. He has more than ten years of international agency experience, having worked as a deputy country manager at Grayling’s Russian office and dealt with clients including Facebook, Microsoft, eBay and PayPal. Before that, he held roles at the agency’s London office. Rogers starts at Pagefield next month. In January, Pagefield announced the appointment of Oliver Foster as its first CEO.

‘Distruptive’ finance company Nava Finance appoints MRM

Loans company Nava Finance has hired financial services PR specialist MRM as it prepares to launch a new consumer lending platform in the second quarter of 2017. MRM’s role will be to develop initiatives that raise brand awareness and deliver multi-channel comms campaigns targeting both mainstream consumers and institutional investors. Chris Tuite, associate director at MRM, said: "Nava Finance is all set to shake up the consumer credit industry. The proposition is exciting and disruptive and the communications brief reflects that."

H+K to service Lawn Tennis Association campaign

The Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) has appointed Hill+Knowlton Strategies to deliver an integrated marketing plan around its family and adult participation initiatives in 2017. It follows a competitive pitch. H+K, which worked on the LTA’s Tennis for Kids campaign in 2016, said it will work with the LTA to help the organisation deliver on its mission "to get more people playing tennis more often".

Wine brand takes on Clementine Communications

Wine brand Franciacorta has hired Clementine Communications for a three-year campaign to promote the wines in the UK. The brief covers both trade and consumer media. Francesca Zocchi, PR and communications manager for Franciacorta, said: "With their help, we truly believe that Franciacorta will become a leading sparkling wine on the UK market."
