Exterion hires Eulogy

Out-of-home advertising provider Exterion Media has retained Eulogy. It follows the agency working with Exterion Media on the launch of Hello London, a new advertising platform on the London Underground launched in October. Eulogy will continue to provide corporate and b2b comms to support Hello London, as well as Exterion's business elsewhere in the UK. The account was previously held by Bite.

British Rowing takes on Promote

Promote PR has been appointed by the governing body of rowing in the UK to help raise the profile of its new indoor rowing strategy, called Go Row Indoor. British Rowing's director of innovation Helen Rowbotham said Promote had also helped develop the strategy prior to its launch. Go Row Indoor includes new gym class programmes, instructor trianing programmes, online leagues, charity campaigns and more.

Instinctif wins ThinkSmart

Instinctif Partners will act as the corporate and capital markets comms adviser to ThinkSmart, a provider of lease financing for electronics retail. It has an exclusive relationship with the retailer Dixons. Instinctif had been taken on to advise ThinkSmart on its listing on AIM, which concluded last week.

Kiss gets PR head

Cambridge-headquartered creative agency Kiss Communications has appointed Kate Matthews to the role of head of PR, reporting to MD Sarah Reakes. She was previously head of PR at marketing agency Ware Anthony Rust, and has also worked at Thirteen Communications and The Red Consultancy.
