Five regional strategic comms specialists have joined to create The Hyperlocal Everywhere Network, Capella to help with the launch of insurer Neos, and Julian Seymour swaps Snapdragon for Chelgate.

Local agencies unite as Hyperlocal

Five regional strategic comms agencies have joined to create The Hyperlocal Everywhere Network. The network is made up of Spring, Freshfield, Plinkfizz, The Karol Marketing Group and Purplefish, which respectively cover the South East, North West, Midlands, North East and South West of the UK with the new service. Suffolk consultancy Spring is the lead agency in the network.

Capella wins Lineker-backed insurer

PR agency Capella has been hired to help with the launch of Neos, a service combining smart technology, home security and insurance. Investors include former RSA managing director Steve Broughton and former England football captain and broadcaster Gary Lineker. The service has been 'soft launched' ahead of full launch in early 2017. Neos has already partnered with the insurer Hiscox.

Chelgate brings in Seymour

Julian Seymour has joined comms agency Chelgate to lead its property comms and stakeholder engagement sector, Chelgate Local. He joins as a director from Snapdragon consulting, having previously worked at PPS Group, among others.
