The move brings to an end a five-year stint at FleishmanHillard, which became FleishmanHillard Fishburn following a merger at the end of last year.
She is now a director, partner and senior advisor in the reputation management team of the FMCG giant, which produces drinks, dairy products and baby food.

Winters began her career as researcher in Conservative Central Office before a starting a string of in-house jobs, starting with an external affairs role for a pharmaceutical company.

She was public affairs manager for Sport England before taking up a public affairs role at McDonald's, where she worked for four years.

From there, Winters returned to Sport England, holding briefs for executive director of comms and public affairs and director of business partnerships, before switching to an agency.

The most recent PRCA public affairs and lobbying register shows Danone working with Edelman and FleishmanHillard Fishburn.

Danone has nearly 100,000 staff globally and made worldwide sales of €22.4bn (£20.2bn) in 2015, its accounts show.
