3MZ is tasked with raising awareness of the brand among business leaders of large and small companies, as well as their staff.

Dropbox chose the agency because it was able to demonstrate its expertise in b2b media and influencers.

Earlier this year, 3 Monkeys was acquired by global consultancy network Zeno Group, sister agency of Edelman - the combined entity would have been the 38th largest PR firm in the UK in 2015, PRWeek's Global Agency Business Report shows.

San Francisco-headquartered Dropbox uses different agencies in all of the different countries in which it operates.

In June, Dropbox hired Lin-Hua Wu, formerly of mobile payments company Square and before that the agency Brunswick, to the new role of VP of comms.
