Beth Monaghan, CEO and cofounder at InkHouse, sat down with PRWeek to discuss the death of infographics.

The reason infographics are past their expiration date: consumers have shorter attention spans. Generation Z, for instance, has an eight-second attention span - down four seconds from millennials.

As an alternative to infographics, Monaghan suggested using graphics that are shorter and involve motion to engage consumers.
