Kellogg’s: Leaked video of man urinating at facility is two years old
The food products giant said a video that shows a man urinating on a production line at a facility where Rice Krispies are produced is two years old, and any affected products would be past-date. The video leaked Friday to The FDA is also investigating.

NCAA investigates leaked bracket
The NCAA is trying to figure out how a full and accurate Men’s Basketball Tournament bracket leaked to the Internet on Sunday evening just as its two-hour-long show unveiling the match-ups was beginning on CBS. Viewers complained about the length of the show, which used to be a half-hour long.

JWT CEO taped making racist jokes last year
JWT chairman and CEO Gustavo Martinez was recorded last year at a conference in Miami making jokes about the hotel’s African-American guests, the lawyer for agency comms chief Erin Johnson, who is suing Martinez, told PRWeek’s sister title Campaign US. The Viceroy Hotel held a hip hop party the night before Martinez allegedly made the comments.

Home Shopping Network embraces Obama jab at Trump
After President Barack Obama ridiculed Donald Trump at a Texas fundraiser for "selling stuff like it’s Home Shopping Network," the company embraced the punchline. It tweeted that "inclusiveness and civility are always in stock" at the channel.

Staffers resign from Breitbart
Two Breitbart News journalists have resigned over the conservative news outlet’s handling of the fallout from one of its reporters saying she was knocked to the ground by Donald Trump’s campaign manager. (The campaign says Michelle Fields made it up). Breitbart spokesman Kurt Bardella also resigned on Friday.
